of the agenda - we are going to present three Scholarship Grants
Certificates and checks to three worthy neighborhood students now
attending first-year collage. I'd like to think that this is a great
opportunity for all of you to come and help congratulate them and wish
them well on their scholarly pursuit.

We have also many
other issues to address that affect our neighborhood and beyond. I will
follow up with a complete meeting agenda but for now please think about

"Morton Street Traffic Congestion"
The aftermath of the new Morton street bridge replacement is still causing traffic havoc do to poor traffic-lights
timing road design. After all that work, we are still left to endure
with an inefficiently designed road way. Why? However, I am
